I've released the first version of Bitcoin, a new electronic cash system that uses a peer-to-peer network to prevent double-spending. It's completely decentralized with no server or central authority.

This is a very interesting concept. I like the idea of using proof-of-work to create scarcity. Have you considered the energy consumption implications?
